4. Directory Listings
Information accuracy. ThriftGateway compiles information about thrift stores from publicly available sources, including business directories, mapping services, and other public listings. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Store hours, prices, inventory, locations, and other details may change at any time. Always verify critical information directly with the business before visiting.
Business owners. If you are a business owner and would like to claim, update, correct, or request removal of your listing, please contact us at contact@thriftgateway.com. We will review requests in a reasonable timeframe.
No endorsement. Inclusion of a business in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that business, its products, or its services. We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the businesses listed.
No commercial relationship. Unless explicitly stated, we have no commercial relationship with the businesses listed on our Site. We do not receive commissions, fees, or other compensation from listed businesses for inclusion or placement.
5. User-Generated Content
If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, ratings, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you agree to the following:
Ownership and license. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant ThriftGateway a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Site and our business.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
